Return & Refund Policy


Inspect your purchase

Upon receiving your order, make sure you inspect it thoroughly.  If there is a problem with your order, please reach out to us immediately.

 

Returns

Upon receiving your order, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, you have 30 days to return your NEW AND UNUSED items.  USED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED.  You must contact us first letting us know what you are returning and why.  You must include the original invoice that was shipped with your shipment.  For your protection please be sure to send back the item in the original shipping container and ensure the product for the full value in case it gets damaged during the return process. Refunds will be sent once we have received your returned items and have had a chance to inspect them.

 

Return Shipping

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If the order was shipped under the terms of our FREE SHIPPING OVER $99.00 policy, the actual shipping charges will be subtracted from the refunded amount. (Please be aware that this is free shipping with “purchases” over $99. If you return your purchase, it is no longer a purchase and therefore the original shipping charges will be accessed). Shipping and insurance charges for the return of the item(s) are the responsibility of the customers.

 

Refunds

Once we get your return and inspect it, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 3–7 business days.

 

Non-Returnable Items 

Some things can’t be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items
  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Used chalk, cue tips, or any consumable accessories


Damaged Goods Refund and Returns

Awesome Billiards cannot be responsible for any delays caused by the shipping companies, weather, etc.
